Since our items are handmade to order, we can offer our customers a more personalized shopping experience. Custom pieces of jewelry take special attention and may require additional time and  material sourcing. 

A non-refundable/non-negotiable deposit* of $25 is required to start the process and will be applied to your completed purchase. Deposits can be made by selecting Custom Deposit from the store. 

Once you have made your deposit, please use the contact form to let us know more about what you'd like.

In your message, be sure to tell us about the particular color or color energy, stone or bead, and charm you'd like. And don't forget to include your bracelet size! 

We'll follow-up with available options for you to choose from. Please keep in mind that additional time may be needed to source material not in stock. If you require a quick turnaround, we recommend contacting us before making your deposit. 

Note: If for any reason we are unable to honor your request, you will receive a full refund of the deposit amount.
