All payments are processed through Stripe.

Shipping

$4.50 Flat Rate Shipping within the United States

Items are made to order and usually ship within 3 to 5 days of your processed order. Orders within the us are shipped via USPS Monday through Saturday and take 2 to 3 business days to receive. However, if we anticipate or encounter any delays, customers will be notified via email.

Lucky Charms Jewelry is not responsible for lost items or items damaged in transit.

International Shipping

We apologize but at this time we do not ship outside of the U.S.

Returns

We take great pride in our Lucky Charms.  All items are handmade to order with love and should be handled with care. 

Due to the limited availability of items, all sales are final. 

Resizing

If an item needs to be resized due to incorrect measurement, a $15 resizing/restring fee per item will be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot simply add or remove a bead...the entire bracelet must be cut and made again. To avoid this fee, please measure your wrist and give the approximate size at checkout.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days from the date your package arrived. Should the item purchased be defective, we will replace it with a duplicate. If a duplicate option is not available, we will offer an item of similar value.
