| Why LCJ? | 

Unlike other jewelry stores or boutiques, we carefully hand make each product and therefore, they are made in limited quantities. We do our best to source materials locally. The items you order here at Lucky Charms Jewelry are truly one-of-a-kind and will sell out fast! 

Since variations exists in natural stones, no one piece is like the other. 

Prices will vary based on materials used. 

| What size should I order? | 

All of our bracelets are made from stretch cord (unless otherwise noted) so there will be some flexibility in the fit.

However, because a bracelet that is too tight is at a greater risk of breaking, we recommend ordering a size one (1) inch larger than your actual wrist size. Additionally, if you find that you are between sizes, we recommend ordering a size up. 

Unsure of you wrist size? Simply use a tape measure to measure the narrowest part of your wrist.

| How should I care for my LCJ pieces? |

All of our pieces are handmade with love and should be handled with care. 

Your new Lucky Charms Jewelry is made of stretch cord (unless otherwise noted) for flexibility. To preserve the cord's elasticity, we recommend that you 'roll' it as much as possible when putting it on and taking it off. 

Pulling or tugging at your bracelet will cause the elastic to wear and weaken over time. 

| Can I request a custom order? |

Yes. Since our items are handmade to order, we can offer our customers a more personal shopping experience. Custom pieces of jewelry take special attention and may require additional time and material sourcing. 

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to start the process and will be applied to your completed purchase. Deposits can be made by selecting Custom Deposit from the store. 

Once you have made your deposit, please use the contact form to let us know about the particular color/color energy, stone/bead, and/or charm you'd like. Be sure to also include your wrist size.
